Throughout its history, Fitch has established and implemented policies, procedures and internal controls in order to ensure the objectivity and integrity of its ratings. The following documents reiterate our current policies and procedures germane to our commitment to the following core values that dictate the way we conduct our business -- objectivity, integrity, and transparency.

This Code of Conduct also reflects the objectives of the IOSCO Statement of Principles on Credit Rating Agencies.
